PNF \u2013 Propriozeptive Neuromuskul\u00e4re Fazilitation<\/h3>\n

PNF ist eine Behandlungsmethode der Physiotherapie, die auf dem Zusammenspiel zwischen Nerven und Muskeln aufbaut. PNF f\u00f6rdert somit das Zusammenspiel zwischen Rezeptoren, Nerven und Muskeln (\u201eNeuromuskul\u00e4r\u201c). Arbeiten sie gut zusammen, fallen Ihnen alle allt\u00e4glichen Bewegungen leichter (\u201eFazilitation\u201c). Der Therapeut gibt dabei rotatorische (drehende) Widerst\u00e4nde, um Ihre Muskeln zusammenh\u00e4ngend zu aktivieren und so deren Elastizit\u00e4t zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Krankengymnastik f\u00fcr die Beckenbodenmuskulatur<\/h3>\n

\u00dcbungen zur Kr\u00e4ftigung der Beckenbodenmuskulatur sind aus der Krankengymnastik bei vielen Beschwerden nicht mehr wegzudenken. Gerade nach Operationen, Schwangerschaften, aber auch durch \u00dcbergewicht und schlechte Haltung kann die Muskulatur des Beckenbodens geschw\u00e4cht werden. Durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Training kann die Muskulatur wieder gest\u00e4rkt und dadurch Beschwerden wie Inkontinenz vorgebeugt werden.<\/p>\n

Atemtherapie<\/h3>\n

Durch eine Optimierung der Atemvorg\u00e4nge wird eine Verbesserung der Beweglichkeit des K\u00f6rpers erreicht. Mit der Atemtherapie wird eine gezielte Mobilisation des Brustkorbes und durch bestimmte Atemtechniken die Atemnot verringert und gleichzeitig die Vitalkapazit\u00e4t verbessert. L\u00f6sung und Transport von Sekret werden angeregt. Durch die Lockerung von Haut und Bindegewebe sowie der Muskulatur des Rumpfes wird die Atemarbeit erleichtert.
